ORDER STATUS

How long does it take to receive shipments after ordering?

When placing orders with the National Collector’s Mint, we ask that our customers allow 10-14 business days (2-3 weeks) for processing and receipt of their orders.   Rush shipping of credit card orders is available for an additional fee on some items.  When ordering, your representative can inform you of whether rush shipping is available.

Do you provide rush shipping?

Our standard delivery time for orders is 10-14 business days.  For credit card orders, we do offer overnight and/or 2 days shipping for an additional charge.  For an additional $25 we can overnight your order for you the following business day, or $15 for 2-day service.   Orders paid by check, check by phone or money orders are not eligible for the rush delivery service.  Please note: this service is based upon item availability.

I received items that were damaged in transit, how do I replace them?

Please accept our apologies for the condition of your package.  Our shipping department goes to great lengths to ensure that our quality merchandise is shipped securely.  For those customers who wish to replace the item, we ask that they simply return the items to our warehouse via insured mail with your request and we will issue a prompt exchange.

What are Dividend Dollars?

How do I obtain a refund?

All Customers who have placed orders for our Freedom Tower Commemoratives have been mailed a letter explaining how to receive a refund.

We ask that customers return their orders with the refund request form at the bottom of the letter, using the return label provided.  Please be certain to follow all return instructions listed on your letter.  Rest assured a refund will be issued within 60 days of the return of your order, to the method of payment used at the time of your purchase.

I have received a letter in the mail regarding my order, how do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, simply return the cancellation request form located at the bottom of your letter within 30 days of the date of the letter to the

address listed.  Upon receipt of your cancellation request, your order will be cancelled.  If you ordered using a credit card, please note that your credit card has not been charged.  For cashed checks/money orders, a refund will be issued within 60 days of the date of your letter.  We appreciate your patience in this matter.
